Not on sale

This collection cannot be deleted.  Its purpose is that is auto adds products that do not have the 'compare-at price' field which is used to add sale values when a sale is on.  The result of this is that items that are not on sale are auto added to this category.  This category is then used for discount codes, and similar, so that discount codes can only be applied to products in this group which are not on sale, therefore removing the possibility of double discounts.

As of May 25 the current issue is how to remove wheels from this group to stop discounts being used on alloy wheels or set up additional categories to achieve this.  At present only viable appears to be a Not On Sale + Collection Type, to allow segregation but these would then have to be created as additional collections (clutter) and then each discount code assigned each collection type (messy).
