We are committed to making our customers happy, however if you are thinking about returning your order, please contact us first by emailing your request to email@example.com for instructions on how to return your order. Please do not ship your item if you haven’t been provided with the specific return instructions.
Returns must be received within no later than 30 days from the original delivery date, and each return item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging. Any returns received after 30 days from receipt will not be processed for refund.
Please note we do not provide prepaid shipping labels/packages to send orders back to us. You must send unwanted product(s) to us at your own expense and ensure you choose an appropriate way of postage (insured if relevant) to ensure we receive the product(s) undamaged and in its original packaging. We recommend using DPD, DHL or UPS Express.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days of receiving the returned product(s). In cases where the product(s) is returned without its original packaging, and/or damaged, and /or used, we will not be able to provide a refund or any reimbursement. Brute Status Ltd. reserve their right to refuse issuing a refund if any of the conditions set out in this Return Policy are not met by the party returning the unwanted product(s).
By returning any unwanted product(s) you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return Policy.
PLEASE NOTE WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON WHEELS WHICH HAVE HAD TYRES FITTED, EVEN IF THEY WERE FITTED BY OURSELVES.
You may change or cancel your order within 3 hours of placing an order.
Changes or cancellations after 3 hours will be subject to our Return Policy provided the product(s) has already been processed and dispatched from our warehouse for shipment.
In order to change or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Cancel order” or “Change order” as applicable. Please ensure your email includes the following information:
Order number as it appears of the email confirmation
Contact telephone number
Reason for the change or cancellation (as applicable)
We offer free standard shipment of orders for delivery in the UK mainland. If your order is subject to additional courier charges, we will contact you before your order is processed to request payment of the additional charges requested by the courier.
Shipment times vary depending on your location. We do our best to dispatch all orders within a day of an order being placed or the next working day (if weekend or Bank Holiday). Please use the tracking number provided to track the progress of your order. In the event of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, please liaise with your local courier depo to find out the location of your parcel and to discuss your delivery option. It is your responsibility (as the purchaser) to ensure we have your correct contact details and the delivery address to ensure a successful delivery.
In the event where the delivery is refused, or the delivery address is incorrect, the order will be sent to us. In these circumstances, the order will be subject to our standard return policy (in that it has to be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging). In addition, you will be responsible for payment of the delivery costs incurred by us in sending the order to you (the buyer). Such delivery costs will be deduced from the total value of refund (if any) we are due to issue to you after inspecting the product(s) in line with our standard return policy.
Please note that orders placed during national holiday (including Christmas and/or Easter) will be processed as soon as possible but no earlier than the first business day after such national holiday.
FREE STANDARD SHIPMENT

Please note orders outside of the UK mainland will be subject to the relevant custom regulations. We (Brute Status Limited as the seller) will ensure compliance with the relevant custom regulations relating to export prior to shipment of your order from our warehouse. Further, it will be your responsibility (as the purchaser) to comply with the relevant custom regulations on import that will include making any payments (as may be applicable) relating to importing product(s) to the country of your destination. Each country has different import laws and therefore we will not be able to advise you in relation to such laws for the country of your destination. If, for whatever reason, you fail to comply with the applicable custom laws and the order is returned to us, we will not be able to issue a refund for the costs of shipment that you have paid for the order in question.
